Terms of Use
The basis on which FI Pace is provided and how the service works.
What FI Pace is
FI Pace is a personal financial independence planning and tracking tool. It helps you model projections, track net worth over time, and explore scenarios based on your own inputs and assumptions.
FI Pace is not a regulated financial service, financial adviser, or investment platform.
Your responsibility for inputs
You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures and assumptions you enter into FI Pace. The service takes your inputs at face value and cannot verify them.
Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate outputs. Review your figures regularly.
Nature of outputs
All outputs — projections, timelines, FI targets, bridge calculations, and scenario results — are estimates based on your inputs and the assumptions you set.
They are not guarantees, predictions, or financial recommendations. Future outcomes may differ materially from any projection shown.
No exclusive reliance
You should not rely on FI Pace as your sole or primary basis for making financial decisions. Major decisions — including investment, pension, tax, or retirement planning — should involve appropriately qualified and regulated professionals.
Beta service
FI Pace is currently in beta. The service, its features, and these terms may change during the beta period. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This is a placeholder — these terms will be reviewed by a solicitor before launch.
